Once we determine the date and location, I'll send you a contract and invoice for the deposit to hold your desired shoot date.

Before filming, we'll have a complimentary pre-production consultation to refine your vision. We'll discuss your brand story, desired aesthetic, and any specific shots you envision. We’ll collaborate on creating a shot list overview, which will act as our roadmap for filming. This collaborative approach ensures we get the perfect shots to tell your story effectively.

4. Shoot Day: Capturing your magic

On shoot day, we'll film engaging short-form stock videos that encapsulate the essence of your brand. I'll guide you through the process, offering gentle direction and positive affirmations to create a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere.

5. Deliver your video library

After your shoot, I'll intentionally edit your footage and deliver a collection of high-quality stock video clips and reels. These will be delivered conveniently through a central platform where you can easily access and manage all your video content in one place.

  • Absolutely! For an additional fee, we can add a podcast-style video shoot to your package. This involves recording your audio and video content, and then editing it into engaging talking head videos.

  • My filming and editing style is clean, minimalist, and focused on storytelling. I prioritize authenticity and emotion, aiming to create videos that resonate with your audience.

  • To book a session, simply fill out our brief questionnaire. We'll discuss your specific needs and goals to create a customized plan for your project.

  • The best way to prepare for your video shoot is to have a clear vision for your brand and the type of content you want to create. We recommend creating a mood board or shot list to share your ideas with us.

  • Typically, you can expect to receive your edited stock videos or reels within 2-4 weeks of your session. However, turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity of the project and our current workload.

  • The booking fee for indoor studio rentals varies depending on the specific studio and its location. I recommend choosing a studio that aligns with your vision and aesthetic. Once you've selected a studio, I can provide you with the exact booking fee and payment instructions. To secure the studio booking, the booking fee deposit is required, must be paid in advance, and is non-refundable.

  • A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 3 days before the session.

  • While we strive to accommodate your desired outdoor location, please note that weather conditions can impact our plans. We'll monitor the forecast and adjust our schedule accordingly. If necessary, we can reschedule or explore alternative indoor options.

  • For locations within a 10-mile radius, there are no additional travel fees. However, for locations beyond that, a travel fee may apply. Please provide your location, and I'll be able to give you a more accurate estimate.

  • Wear clothing that reflects your personal style and makes you feel confident. Consider colors and patterns that complement your skin tone and the overall aesthetic of the shoot.

  • Yes, I offer visual brand consultations, a one-on-one session where we'll discuss your brand's visual identity, content strategy, and how to effectively utilize video content to achieve your goals. We'll brainstorm ideas for video content, discuss potential formats, and explore how to optimize your videos for different platforms. I’m here to guide you on how to effectively use your stock videos to elevate your brand.

  • I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule your session, please let me know as soon as possible. We can work together to find a new date and time that works for both of us.

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. If you need to cancel your session, please provide at least 3 days' notice. Any fees paid for studio rentals are non-refundable.
